no place to add tracking number

I have 2 current issues as a seller but have found no help within Ebay Help.

1: I gave a partial refund then went to add the tracking number, but the page where the tracking number goes is gone. 

 

2: Buyer mistakenly chose Local Pickup. I shipped her item but it keeps telling me to schedule to meet for pickup. 

😟 Help!

Messy, Call eBay support!  Definitely requires a call.

1) There are known issues with tracking fields and updating as per eBay. If the tracking was added originally adding it again just causes your original shipment date to change (update) to the new date. Making it appear it was processed late. This may be what they are working on. The only time one should need to update the tracking is if the original was voided and a new one created. 

 

2) If your 2nd package went with a tracked service in theory the field to update tracking should be there and accessible. If you are unable to update, you can keep in touch with your buyer and just mark as picked up when it is in their hands. As a btw,  Pick up options within eBay are very clunky compared to other systems I have been involved with during my working life.  Designed most likely by folks that have never sold anything in their life.

1. The tracking number was not added because the item had not been shipped yet.  I gave a partial refund then shipped.  When I tried to add the tracking number there was no place to put it.

 

2. The second one is not a tracking issue.  There is no way for me to mark it as shipped.
