New ebay mail still going to Sent folder after Thunderbird 91 automatic update. Does not go to In Box. This is the only mail that does this.

You’re sure you don’t have any filters set up?

I think that's a problem with your email client or webmail setup.

Ebay worked with me on it and found nothing on their end. The same with Comcast. I was advised by someone here in Community to wait for the new Thunderbird to download in November and that it would probably clear up. So I waited for the new TB a couple months but it did not fix it. This has been going on for several months. It looks like there would be a way to deal with TB directly to get it fixed.
Thanks anyway. I appreciate your thoughts.

So, you haven't checked for filters?

Yes I checked for filters several times. And there are none set. Also I have never set a filter in the past.
Thanks again.

Can you check your web mail itself on Comcast to see if that is happening on that level (it would help to isolate if it is T'bird, though it probably is). It's a very strange error and I wonder if something in the email header is triggering that, is all.

ebay mail does go into the sent folder also and does not go into the In Box. All other mail goes into the inbox.
Thank you

Hmmmm - I have Comcast and T'bird also, though all of my eBay email goes to an account on the web server that I never look at. This is a really curious problem, and I don't think it's anything that you are doing. Maybe it's something in the transfer protocols that eBay is using. I'll check mine.

Definitely no filters. I'm thinking about deleting all Thunderbird and trying another service and see what that does.
Thanks again I really appreciate it.
