I just received my first negative feedback in over a year. The buy statement was not true. is there a way I can have this feedback removed?

It's the buyers opinion that it was basically garbage. Sorry.

You sold it as used but did not test it. A used item is expected to be in working order. If you did not test it, you cannot confirm it to be in working order. AS IS untested should be listed as for parts not working to err on the side of caution.
Sorry, but that one probably isn't going to get removed.

Do you ever even try being helpful? Get a life dude. Something that's not spouting useless **bleep** to people on ebay forums on what is CLEARLY a throwaway account.

It always stings a bit to get a negative but there is no policy violation in what the buyer wrote, so no reason for removal. Best of luck to you....

Well, I agree with the OP, I think the condition was fully disclosed. Buyer remorse.

You did a good job on the pix showing the current condition - I would have received it thinking it had a lot of imperfections and rust, etc.
Based on the Buyer FB, was he just unhappy with the price and thought a red donut would motivate you to do a partial refund? (You do not mention what your discussion with the Buyer entailed).
Only the Buyer could be motivated to remove the FB as e-Bay likely will not based on how it is written. Wish you had not yet left your f/u to feedback ~ think you could have enhanced what you stated a little more, etc.
I am sorry you received the Red Donut, but it is clear from the pix of the current condition - I would know what I was getting into buying it, etc. You might have to wear this one proudly.
(Besides, tell yourself his BMW bike is probably a POS and he rides behind his Mama)

How about...
"I offer a money back guarantee. Please return the item for a full refund."

It was garbage and should have been sold for parts only. There is no such thing as "as-is:".

I hope you got pictures of the item in what condition it was. Tbh, I doubt it can removed because the feedback doesn't violate ebay policy. All I can really say is message the buyer to return the item for a refund and he might be willing to change feedback? Im not sure tbh but its worth a try.

Trash talking is for sports and other stuff, not for discussions on ebay. Trying to get a reaction out of OP doesn't make you better then everyone else so Im going to be nice and ask you to stop where you are at.
