When you cancel the order, you'll need to provide a funding source to pay the refund.

When the hold is released on the buyers payment, the funds will be sent to your checking account.

Knowing why you're cancelling can help us give better advice.  Know that cancelling sales is a very bad thing in eBay's eyes and you can and will have your account suspended if you do it too many times, and since you only seem to have one sale recently, it's going to potentially be more risky for your account to cancel even the one sale, even though it's supposed to be okay if necessary.  If you can avoid it, it may be best to complete the sale.
