Seller does not accept returns

Hi All, I'm looking at a car part and the sellers listing says they do not accept returns. Doesn't ebay's guaranteed fit negate that and they would have to accept a return?

I am a seller. I do not use tracking. If buyer does not leave feedback, when do I get paid?
