need help with printing shipping label(s) at less than 100%

Just yesterday, when I went to print a label at 70% of full size, it just disappeared and no label printed, prior to that all was working as needed (%of 100).

I have both a brothers 2040 and  a 2320d printer in line and either did allow me to shrink the label(s) as needed. Everything seems to be working until get to do the % reduction, then the label just disappears If I go back to 100 or full page, the label comes back and is printable. 

Not sure what I need to do to correct this, as some of my packages are only about 3" across and the label hangs over. TIA for any help and suggestions, Howard

Is there a setting to change the font size? If there is try that then you can print at 100% but it would be smaller. I am no expert just a suggestion

I'm having the same issue Tried uninstalling and reinstalling printer with no luck...???
