You are pretty new to the selling game and you are listing in one of the most saturated categories on eBay. It is probably also one of the categories with the highest return rate. You should know that while your listings say you do not accept returns that does not equate to no refunds.
The best advice I can offer is to diversify across multiple platforms and venues including those that are local to you. Given you are paying for the shipping out of the price you have the item listed for you could sell locally at a much lower price since you would have not shipping costs. Depending on the venue you may also not have any fees and probably less risk regarding returns.

Those pictures can use a lot of work - so many (maybe most) are blurry and messy.
I'm no expert on clothing - but seems to me that most moms know that they can buy those same items for less at the mall.

You need the brand names in your titles.

don't know kid's clothes or pricing...........
Do need more attractive pictures. One item is white with brown designs.......photo'd on white background makes it very difficult to see the "total"....... Several items have little bows off to the side of the item......matching colors.........but no mention as to whether included or not....... No pictures of tags showing brand names, size, or type of material...... Several items "look like knits" to me, but no mention of the materials. Any shoes/new or not/ need good pictures of the bottom sole and the inner sole....
Titles need mention of designs/colors......... "hearts, ladybugs, Daddy's girl, princess, Mickey Mouse", etc......that can help in searches.......right now if someone searched for Princess Dress, your item would not show up..... You need keywords.......there are 1000's, if not more, pant sets listed......make yours stand out....

Leave feedback for your buyers.
Do not use AI for descriptions.....too much fluff.

The more desirable your items are, the more you'll sell.
The less desirable your items are, the less you'll sell.
Disclaimer: Many people disagree with me.

I looked at the first listing that came up, which was:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/225855462114?hash=item349608dae2:g:FPAAAOSwBn5lKzgG
The title says only "Girl's Dress Size 8." No one will search only on "Girls' Dress Size 8." You have 85 characters to use in your titles, and you should use them all for vital things like color, fabric, style, brand. For example, "Girls A-Line Knit Dress by Shein Bold Black & White Stripes Size 8" is only 67 characters, so you can add fabric or another feature to use up your 85 characters.
Sizes vary by manufacturer, so you need to give actual measurements. "Knee length" is meaningless. How long is it? What are the other measurements of the dress, when it's laid out flat?
Fabric is really important, but you do not say what the dress is made of.
One of the photos shows a couple of bows/ I assume they come with the dress but you do not say that they do. And are they hair-bows, or what?
I have no idea what "HAPPINESS / 1986 / RU AHEAD" means, but you should mention it in the listing, for something else searchable.
Clothing is a super-saturated category on eBay, and to sell it you need to put a lot of work and a lot of zing into your listings.
I hope this helps.

Make that RUN AHEAD...
And your dress is priced at $40, while an identical one went unsold for $9.99. So you may need to rethink your idea of "affordable prices."

Put brand names and colors in your titles. ex. Your listing for "Girl's Dress Shoe Size 12.5" may not be found if someone searches "girl's white dress shoes" or "Meckuor girls dress shoes".
'Reasonable prices' is probably not good enough in a saturated category. You probably need the lowest prices.

The title is likely the most important space you have on a listing. Don't waste the space. Think like a buyer when you design it. What would a buyer put in the search box to find what you are selling.
Sometimes you leave out the size in the title, you shouldn't.
Putting "clothing set" in the title is simply not descriptive enough. Jeans and T shirt, dress and bonnet, etc. Define what you are selling, don't make the buyers guess. Besides it is unlikely they are going to search by "clothing set". Same with "pant set", should be sweatshirt and matching pants.
Just take a very close look at your titles and be more detailed as well as descriptive. It will likely help you a great deal.

Ditch the auctions.
Work on your titles.
Put dimensions in your descriptions.

Follow the advice above, then try to break even and don’t sell clothing ever again. Take this as a lesson. Do not invest another penny in buying that clothing for resale.
