need assistance from a human on ebays customer service

Cannot get through to the ebay customer service reps-   the click and choose one of the above is not on anything I need assistance on.  Sooooo- does anyone have a direct number to the customer service lines- 3229- 9253-7400 nor 9519 phone's 4 last digits are of no help.  I would really appreciate someone's assistance-

By the way - have not been in any page where there is a direct link to the customer service folks--- or chat---

Why not explain your problem to us.  There is sometimes a way to resolve a problem without needing to contact CS.

I finally found a way of getting through-  Basically needed help in changing an item that was coming up as being auctioned - which was not set up as such- to changing it to Buy at the price.  I had a very nice CS Rep called Nestle in the Philippines assisting me.  Not only was she courteous- but very knowledgeable.  I asked to speak to her supervisor to give her Kudos for the excellent Customer Service she provided.

Nestle in the Philippines.  Dang, they are outsourcing.  I am going to miss the Concierge Team.  They were the best.  Knew almost 100% of the time how to resolve issues.  In our experience now with two other outsourced females we were left wondering what just got said and was our problem solved!  Still do not know!  We were told, " you do not need to worry about this now, okay?"  HUH!?
