i have been selling on ebay for over 10 years and havent had any problems but in the last few months my ebay listings aren't showing up in google search results or shopping. i have looked up items i am selling in a basic discription of the item instead of my exact discription of the item to see if any of my listings are showing up. other ebay sellers selling similar items like mine or the same item are showing up but it is not that many from ebay as it use to be. the only reason i used a basic search is because i heard that if you look up your own items it can cause them not to be shown. i am not sure that is true or not. what have these other sellers done to make their listings show up. i have a 99.9 percent posititvie feedback rating with over 11 thousand feeback, i am a top rated seller. i just dont understand what is going on. my sales are way down compared to years past and we only have a few more weeks of prime selling time before Christmas and i would appreciate someone from ebay replying to this and help me work this out. i have called ebay and they said they didnt see why and said i had to contact google and google said i had to contact ebay so that didnt help one bit. just seems like they are passing the buck back and forth and nobody wants to help. please if anyone knows what is going on and how to fix this problem. please let me know asap. i really need to be making more sales this holiday season than i have been. thank you for your time and have a great day

Good. Listings here should be excluded from there. I would prefer people stop using that site as much as possible and focus their searches here.
The bullying of that site is one reason for so many unfortunate changes here that are hurting sellers and causing problems for bguyers.

how is that good. when my sales are over 29% down than this time last year. to me that isnt a good thing. google is one of the main search engines people use to search for things on the internet. it isnt good when your items dont show up on there. i dont understand why you would think that

I don't like it when a site (any site ) gets too big. They start getting pushy and forcing their will on others. That site needs to be taken down several notches. I stopped using it as a search site many onths ago and I fully wish many, many others would also. When I search for something here, I search HERE. I would never think to use a another site to search for listings here.
For all you know, that site could be deliberately deranking your listings as a result of something you searched for there. They are just that devious. They track everything you do there. They are NOT acting in your best interests and it could very well be something personal against you on their part.
And no, I don't own stock in tin foil hats. I simply don't trust that site.

well i understand what your saying about Google but if my sales are down and a lot of people are complaining about this. this must be costing ebay money. i also just check yahoo search engine and bing's engine and no of mine are showing up there either. something isnt right here and i dont appreciate this after being loyal to ebay for over 10 years and not trying to sell anywhere else.

Here's a clue. Google was fed up with ebay ruining their search results with garbage policies keyword spammage or whatever you call it.

Called Ebay CS today. They said ebay does not submit listings to Google Shopping.
