yesterday I put a junk drawer to sell
only one person says they saw it
and this lot does not appear in the ebay search engine
It is very strange because I paid for the promoted list but many hours have passed and it does not appear in the search engine
What I can do?

The world military in the title may cause the listing to be reviewed before it is displayed.

Could be up to 48 hours.

Affected one of my listings last week.

I understand why you say the military hasn't left on time.
I had actually pawned it for a dollar per lot but I got scared when I didn't see it on the list so I raised the price.
The best thing that would be is for me to cancel it and relist it, removing the word military.
