Please I have a problem with my account because it's on hold I want to know what the reason  my account is on hold  to avoid the mistake I hope of eBay  to answered me in close time because I want to start the seller my product thank you for your understanding

When eBay puts accounts on hold, they generally send an email to the member alerting them and explaining why the account is on hold and/or what the member can do to remedy the issues. There may also be a link in that email that would lead to a solution.

Did you receive such an email from eBay?

I see you are in Morocco.  You may want to go on facebook or twitter and try to contact ebay over there.  Have you sold anything before on ebay?  Did you do all the steps when creating your selling account?

If you are setting an account up for international selling, it is not unusual for eBay to want to verify your credentials. They likely just want to check your identity. But to be sure, you will have to contact eBay. Here in the USA, we don't have a chat feature or a way to reach eBay by email. Normally a seller would call Customer Service here. But as other posters have said, you can go on their Facebook page or Twitter account to reach someone who can help you, if that is easier. Good luck to you and hope you are selling soon. Many regards.
