monthly limits

I was active selling a few years ago, and stopped for a few years. Now, I put in a new listing for an Elvis autograph, and the site told me I could not list it without meeting my monthly limit which is $10. I guess that is in new sales. So, I posted a postcard which so far has not sold. I saw that I could ask for new limits, but all I do is go round and round with messages that are not from a real person saying that I need buyer feedback. I cannot find out how to contact a real person to get limits raised. What should I do?

Returning sellers, they usually start them out low.

They want to make sure it's actually you and that the account hasn't been hacked and trying to list expensive items, then try to get away with the money.

List and sell what you can and they'll raise your limits.
