Was your bill "paid in full"?

Do they want money, or is it a "credit amount"?

Hmm, when I close my store someday the last place I would ask this specific of a question is on a public forum.  

I suppose it could be a timing thing?  Maybe your subscription hasn't run out?  I have read that it can take three months to completely close a store subscription.

Because you ended listings does not mean your store is closed; especially if you had an 'annual' term.

Does the fees being charged equal what the monthly store fee is?
