Hello everybody!
I hope you’re all in good health. So, I’ve been into some trouble and I barely need your suggestion to how to get out of this. Actually I have been suspended from eBay due to some fake case and the ebay is in the favor of the customer. Even I have provided all the proves and those are crystal cleared that the customer is wrong.
Basically, customer filed a case that he hasn’t received the product. And the customer is filing the case after 1.5 months of receiving the product I also responded back to the customer. I provided the proves to eBay that the customer has received his order. But still the eBay is declaring me wrong. I have never being dishonest to my work. I am very sincere to my work. I’m very stressed rn I need your help.

Selling those fake wrestling belts probably didn't help.

Have a great day.

In the eyes of eBay replicas are copies, fake, aka counterfeit.

Sorry for your situation, however eBay was correct in suspending you.  Replica's are counterfeit items, not originals and cannot be sold on eBay.   Your selling days are done.

Good luck in the future

your selling days may not be fully over. Just stay away from these synonyms (replicas, reproductions,fakes,counterfeits,knockoffs or copies). they have been cracking down on them as of late. it can only be an Original or a Replica cant be an Original Replica. These two words are antonyms.

@countrickter

As some one who frequents this forum regularly, this persons selling days are finished.  eBay is cracking down on many of these international sellers, especially from the middle east as most are inexperienced and circumvent the rules that eBay applies.  Telling them to watch their wording isn't going to change the fact that they are selling fakes.  That seller will eventually receive a SNAD return from the buyer due to the fact the item is obviously counterfeit.  Sorry.  Not good advice at all.

No one here can help you with your issue.  This is something you have to work out directly with Ebay.

On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

https://twitter.com/askebay

https://www.facebook.com/ebay

https://www.instagram.com/ebayforsellers/

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.

If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.

If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

I was explaining to him that selling fakes is not something he should do. originals and fakes are not the same they are complete opposites. I was letting him know the difference, just in case he wasn't aware. I will I express my help the way I do and you express yourself the way you do. selling fakes is not a good thing. so letting him know to stay away from that could help him. thanks for your insight and knowledge, kind sir.

@countrickter

You are welcome...not a sir.  As I stated earlier, it's too late for this seller.  My suggestion is to chime into these boards more frequently to see the selling behavior we are all seeing from so many of these international sellers.  Certain countries can no longer ship to the US and Canada due to BBE's.  These people are inexperienced and have no clue what they are even doing most of the time.  Everyday there is a complaint concerning a restriction/suspension from these types of sellers, some times many.  My guess is a lot of these companies who sell the authentic items are leaning on eBay hard to clean this site up.  As they should.  No hard feelings.  Just replying from experience.

All the best

I sell original video games. I fully understand the impact of the market due to "reproduction" fakes and rom cards. I am sooo soo happy eBay has been cracking down. It has made a big difference in the pricing on some games that were being sold from overseas sellers. I dont think its acceptable, at all, is just what I was clearing up.

I apologize for referring to you as a male, ma'am. Did not mean any disrespect.

Thank you
