marked as unpaid

Hi, i accidentally marked an item that i sold as "unpaid", and i would like to reverse it, how can I accomplish this?

Just mark it paid.  Without knowing what page you did that from, it's tough to say where that is, but I believe it's probably right where you marked it as "unpaid".

Otherwise, if you go into Seller Hub and look at orders awaiting payment, you can do it there.

Thank you, i found it only when i switched to classic view. I did it from "my ebay sold"  - "view order details" and then from the drop-down menu. in the one view it wasn't an option.

I called Ebay customer service and for over half an hour i couldn't get an answer... unbelievable.

Also, when i click on "leave a feedback" i see one sale I've made but the listing was removed at some point, i can't leave a feedback as the listing is invalid but i can't get rid of it (clicking "x" makes it go away until next time) - what's the solution?
