I have a bunch of items on sale in markdown manager

I want to take 2 catagories and mark them down even further 

it seems I cannot till the sale ends is that true ?

Is it againest policy to just edite select items even lower

I want to put at least 12 items really low need money

maybe I can put some of my returned items at cost ?

I cannot wait 2 weeks and live like this it is unbearable very discouraged 

any advice appreciated thank you in advance
