Hello, for the past several months I have been running a 10 % public coupon code sale.
When I do my paperwork at the end of the month, it would show that the customer purchased the item with that sale % in red ,kind of like you added a note at the bottom. This month this is no longer there and I am trying to figure out if theres a way to get that back on?
I do consignments so it's important that I am not overpaying my consignees and I would rather not have to click on each order detail . TIA for any help.

I don't know which page you're talking about @addix as there are so many places to view transaction information.
If you want to view items one-by-one you can look at your transactions on this page:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/transactions
If you want to download a report (you may find that easier) you can do that on this page:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/reportslanding

@wastingtime101 Thanks for answering but that is not what I am looking for.
In the seller hub, you can go to all orders, then go to the last month. It gives you an overview of all orders.
Under each order, it would show up like a note if it was sold with an extra 10% off. It is still showing on my current month /awaiting shipment but not when I go to get the information for the whole month. Only part of them are showing the discount. I have to click on each sale to see if sold reduced in price.
I hope this makes sense.

Hey @addix. I'm not experiencing the same problem - any issue that sold with a promotion, order discount or sale has that note in green. If the note isn't there then the item isn't reflecting any discounts on the order details page.
You can contact CS to report the problem. In the meantime you may find it helpful to download reports where info is all in one place instead of checking order detail pages one-by-one:

Doesn't the payments report show anything which sold as a promotional discount?

Don't understand your question @toomuchstuffagain35. Can you rephrase or provide more context?
It's my understanding the OP wants to know at what price each item sold so she knows how much to pay her clients. The payments report will show the price the item sold plus any fees. It will not indicate if there was a sale or not.
Then again, OP can just view the Orders page because even when something sells through a sale, the item subtotal & order total do reflect the sale price. So even if the "sold with save up to 10% promotion" note isn't appearing on the orders page, the dollar amounts should be accurate without having to drill down to order details.

Thanks again. I will check out what you said. I had about 12 or so sales that it wasn't showing up but when I clicked on the sale price/details it showed on there that it was sold with a markdown.

My Bad then. Is it only the ebay "Promotions" that show up on the payments/transactions page?

Okay, I checked that out. I was trying to get the promo notation on the orders page without downloading a report. I know what it sold for , I don't know if it was additional discount as noted above. (the green 10% off)
It must be a weird ebay thing because a 1/2 dozen eligible sales showed with that and the others did not. Well, on my biggest consignor, I haven't checked the others yet.
I appreciate your time and effort!
