many product options - how to manage many variants

Hello,

i would like to sell high security cylinder locks. Cylinder locks could have these options:
option A (length) = 40 options
option B = 2 options
option C = 2 options
option D = 10 options

Thats 40 * 2 * 2 * 10 = 1600 variants. How to manage price for all those variants? Because all variant has impact on price... In eshop like prestashop there is price generator where you can add a charge for each option and it generates all variants for you. Has ebay such feature to generate many variants, each with different price?

You can create a variations listing as long as the category supports it. Variations are not available in all categories.
