Is anyone else suffering from low sales last month? According to ebay I was down 29%. Which I don't understand as most of my Items are priced lower than anyone else or the same price? My feedback is good? I try to treat my customers right? Also I noticed a new scam emerging... The customer tries to claim he didn't receive the item (with his credit card company) almost 6 months after he received it. If you use UPS they only store the tracking info for 4 months. Luckily, I used a private shipping insurance co. that still had tracking info. So Seller beware...

Low to almost no sales. This past week has been especially dismal. I keep track of many competing sellers and have seen a terrible lack of sales across the board. Ebay better fess up that they have got problems. If this continues, it is just not worth selling here anymore. It is clear that something major has changed in recent weeks for sellers on Ebay, and it is not for the better. Ebay, get your act together.

I generally ignore anything ebay tries to tell me about my sales.

I prefer to go by my OWN records.

If your items are only randomly being seen, they cannot sell. This is the biggest problem here that needs to be fixed.

That depends. In the Hub they show you Sales totals including shipping AND Sales Tax (that you never actually charge or receive).

I prefer my own records with an accurate breakdown of all 'income' and 'expenses' to their ideas.

I also started have low sales since august I drop 4k in sales in a month and its still slow I was at below 64%in sales so I dk know why at all and ive been studing it all some listing are not showing shipping calculator is off charging more or less idk

Yes-Very slow. I've only sold 1 item on ebay in November,sure hope it picks up. Oct wasn't real good either. September i was rather happy with. Thank goodness i can sell other ways or i'd be hurtin'.

Sometimes ebay makes me yawn real big these days.....

me too. i have been sitting in the dark here since november 1st.

every time ebay makes changes, i.e. layout of listing page, sales suddenly stop....

it is depressing;-(

I had an item that only had a few minutes left. In the old days it would have been at the top of the page. But it wasn't it was at the bottom.All the sponsored item were on top. Some were way more expensive ,worse feedback and weeks left. At least in the past we had a chance of selling...
