No one is discriminating against you because of living in Egypt. The problem is in the inconsistency of your store profile where you state "we have been designing...etc in NYC". As others have stated-who is "we"? You? A jeweler? Wholesale supplier?

Saying that you "work with a wholesale supplier legally as a third party" is not at all the same as saying, as you do,, "As third generation jewelers, we ... " Third-party and third-generation have quite different meanings.

Saying, as you do, that "The creation process—from the original molding to the final touches—takes place under one roof in the heart of the diamond district in New York City," but shipping from Birmingham, Alabama, seems very odd logistically.

The entire story -- Someone in Egypt who is a third-generation New York jeweler is shipping New-York-made jewelry from Birmingham, Alabama -- does not make sense as a whole.

So, I repeat: Buyers hesitate when they see what seem to be contradictions and inconsistencies in a Seller's story. You asked why your sales are zilch. I'm giving you at least part of the answer.

As others mentioned you are drop shipping. Drop shippers mark up their items to make a profit but smart buyers can do a little research and find the item cheaper either from your source or on another venue or from a B&M store. What is more difficult to find is some of the unique and coveted jewelry that is made in Egypt. I have been to your country and purchased a LOT of nice pieces that I cannot easily find in the states. Maybe you would be better served working with some of the dealers in Egypt.

Shipping prices in Egypt are very exorbitant in light of the war between Russia and Ukraine. Prices and inflation are unbelievable. In addition, Pharaonic products are searched at the airport to ensure that they are counterfeit pieces and not original ones. It is difficult for them to leave Egypt. Therefore, I looked for a wholesale supplier that would allow By selling as a third party and I made a sale agreement with him as a third party..

You have been active less than a year and have limited selling experience. Drop shippers generally do not last too long on eBay. If your sales do manage to pickup you will most likely start hitting issues with delivery, refund requests, chargebacks, NAD cases, etc. You may find the refund and or return process interesting as a drop shipper. Where do you think the buyer will be returning the item to, if they return it and they actually return what they purchased? NAD chargebacks you are going to loose the buyer will be fully refunded and you will most likely NEVER get the item back, nor will the supplier who shipped it.
