Have you gone through the most basic troubleshooting like trying another browser and rebooting your computer?

Hmm, I'm not able to replicate. If you haven't already, click the ? icon on the lower right of the page and file a tech report @medalsguy . Hopefully whatever it is will clear up if you try again in an hour or two, but definitely file the report.

Do you have the eBay app @medalsguy ? Can you create drafts on the app then open them on the web to finish and publish? See if that works. If it does, maybe you can create a draft with nothing more than a title, just to get you going, then use the option to create copies of the draft, and from there create your listings.

Just trying to come up with a creative workaround until this is fixed.
