Hi - i seem to have incurred quiet a few 35p insertion fees recently - some of which appear to have been refunded when an item sold and others which don't. Is this because I have exceeded my selling limit? I have tried to download a list of all outstanding insertion fees over the last 4 months but can't get the system to work properly, Can you help please?

These are the US boards and we have different rules. You should post this on the UK boards

You haven't exceeded your listing allowance.
Maybe the listing fees are for the items that you're listing under the UK Motors category umbrella; I see several.
Important notes on free listings-
"The Property and Cars, Motorcycles & Vehicles categories don't qualify for free listings"

I meant "for items that you have previously listed under the UK Motors..." (as seen in your completed listings)
These were all listed in the Motors category and some were relisted several times so that could explain the 35p fee each time.
