I had a similar experience yesterday w/a call to a state government agency

Having armed myself with stuff to kill time waiting thru a zillion or so transfers/holds my call to an 800 # was not only answered after only 5 rings...but answered by a REAL PERSON . 

Explained the issue & solved within 5 minutes....sometimes life is good.
