How to find a seller

I only have the sellers name on Ebay. There should be a way to plug in a sellers name to see the merchandise they have.

Buyer made offer I accepted then messages me an hour later to decline it once I already accepted it! I let him know I accepted it already what would he like me to do and he wants me to take another $200 off the price! Doesn’t seem fair!
