late shipment rate increasing daily without having any purchases overdue

Seeems that my late shipment rate is increasing everyday without having any shipments overdue,

anyone know how to fix this?

It's most often due to a "lag" before the ship/scan appears.

The number is be wrong some of the time because the system is behind updating current scans.  It also is only the previous months not the current month.  What  really matters is what your seller rating shows on the 20th of the month.

Another idea is that more orders are falling off the back end of your time frame then you are currently adding into the formula which can show a change?
