I had a customer tell me this morning she is trying to purchase a deress and it seems our site is frozen? WTH! Ya and you know I wanted to say someting else.. I have been trying for over 2 months to contact ebay customer support..

Seems to be working fine.
Where is the buyer from?
Are they from a country you don't ship to?
Maybe they are blocked for some reason?

I'm not having a problem with your (or my) account in trying to make a purchase.
Another possible reason for the buyer's message is that they might be a scammer telling you they can't buy through ebay and might ask you to text them. Once they have your number, they'll send a fake "receipt" that claims they paid and you should ship the item.
They'll end up with a free item and you'll lose the item and not be paid.

Not sure which dress it was but I have no problem with your site with regards to purchases. Do you have the auto-pay enabled on your account for offers? Without a bit more information like kensgiftshop noted it's difficult to say what the issue is or if it is a scam attempt as albertabrightalberta mentioned.

If the site is freezing on the buyer's browser, it could be an old cookie they need to delete or their network connection needs to be rebooted.
Others offered more great advice above.
Hard to specific help with such minimal info @bestreasures , but hopefully you'll find an answer somewhere within the advice provided.

Im not sure where they are fvrom.. I assume USA as they are trying to purchase an Amish dress.. Shes not blocked. Our sales have gone down big time and we are a top seller with 100% good reviews. I did a Yahoo search of our store a week ago and it said, " there is no inventory in this store" ! But we are still selling but very little.

IMO, that's another red flag.
They tell you they spoke with ebay and were told to go to text or some similar recommendation, again a way to send a fake payment receipt.

That would have been her browser telling her that, not eBay.
At very minimum she should reboot her computer and clear her eBay cookies to see if that offers a quick resolution.
You can also tell her to try a different browser.
