keep having to reset password over and over again listing deleted & MC999 Billing

and it makes me contact ebay first  every time because it wont allow me to do it i have to contact ebay .   then it asks for other accounts after the reset and then it says they don't match and it locks me out . it all so deleted my listing and sent  MC999 Billing - Temporary Exclusion From Automatic Payment of Selling Fees .  this all started after i forgot i had a vpn on and tried to list something . i guess ebay saw the vpn ip ?

I've listed with a VPN - I know they recognise IP addresses and I've had to verify that it's me on this or that device, but that's been when I've been traveling. 🤔

Trying to list items over a VPN may have appeared to be an account hijacking in progress, triggering eBay to lock your account.

You may have to contact eBay directly to straighten this out, or to make a manual selling fee payment, since it appears your automatic payment method has been temporarily disabled to protect your account.

How do I contact ebay to get it straightened out? I've had to login 10x today. Had to reset my password about 5 mins ago and it's asking me again. I only have my work computer, which puts me all in all kinds of places far from my home. I have this issue with my bank too but there's nothing I can do about the security of my work computer.
