items in Store & Listings Not The Same Number

I was looking at my store which says I have 440 items, but when I go to active listings it says 553. 

not to appear stupid, what am I missing here ?

Known issue. Contact customer service and ask them to add your account to the open sitewide tech ticket.

Thank you. I didn’t think I was crazy. So I assume if someone “went in my store” they wouldn’t see everything. I will contact them. How delightful. Maybe they shouldn’t lay off those 1000 US employees.

You seem to have the opposite problem then what the tech ticket states.

You are seeing less in store and more on active listings correct?

Your 'store' and your 'items' (which I can see both, items first)- BOTH say 440.

If your 'active' in Seller Hub is saying more, it's just a glitch and the 440 is probably accurate.

Info on ticket is just from when it was originally created. I've seen sellers reporting both less and more, so I wouldn't worry about that part of it.

If your listing count is off ask CS to add you to that ticket.

@stainlessenginecovers   Not it is about 550 give or take because I specifically remember I had when I did a relist. Of course I sold some and added more.  Not like we have enough to do!

Well, it's DEFINITELY showing 440 'listings' when looking at your 'other items' as well as your store (because using 240 per page, only shows 200 on page 2).

Do you have any listings that have 'more than 1'??

Yes…would that be the reason?  However when I did a mass resisting I had 2 pages of 200 and then a little over a half of another page. That would have been about right. 

Also I decided to drop the price of an expensive piece of jewelry to $1999.00 and it continued to stay at $3500. I ended it and relisted it, and same thing. 

I think it is time for a glass of wine 🍷
