my aunt was selling mary kay products for years she passed away and i was left all of her inventory so my idea was sell it on ebay like everyone else does so after days of listing mary kay products ebay removed all of my listings saying that i was selling counterfeit items and not to sell anymore mary kay lol so i called them and their story changed and said that i was not a mary kay rep and i still cannot sell mary kay items but yet their are hundreds of people who are not mary kay reps selling mary kay now on to today i listed dead sea product brand new and this was also taken down stating it is a counter fit it was reported by the only other person selling the same item and mine was cheaper i guess that seller didnt like it so she reported me , it looks like selling items cheap gets your items removed, My items are not selling on ebay and my cosmetics keeps getting removed because of the competition complaining . are there any new and fair online sites to sell ?

If this is coming down from Mary Kay itself, you may encounter the same hassle elsewhere.

If eBay took down your Mary Kay listings it is because you’re not allowed to sell those products here. Don’t relist them.
Mary Kay doesn’t allow the sale of their products on eBay or any other auction sites.
Mary Kay Cracks down on eBay Sales
Just because others maybe selling them doesn’t mean it’s ok.
No one here will direct you to any other sites, you’ll have to do your own research for that sorry.

It was Mary Kay that had the listings removed, they don't want their items sold here or other sites and they will have the listings removed, unless your an authorized seller of Mary Kay.

There are many counterfeit items that you may not be aware of, many of which wind up on auction sites. Mary Kay products are licensed, so who can sell them is limited to authorized dealers. Just maybe the listings themselves were detected by the indexing system and now your account is being scrutinized?

Maybe become a Mary Kay rep?

Companies that sell "brand name products" hire online company that uses bots to search all online websites (not just EBAY) and report anyone not authorized to sell these products.
Sorry this happened to you...do NOT relist these items or EBAY will terminate your account permanently.

Who knew... Mary Kay products are popular enough that they are counterfeited for profit. The provenance of coming from an aunt does not exclude this possibility.

It is not a counterfeit issue, it is a Mary Kay issue. They do not want you selling their stuff on Ebay, so Ebay must take it down.
