item not as described

i sold a gold plated coin. Says on first sentence gold plated they opened item not as described saying its not a gold coin. What to do?

Unfortunately, eBay always sides with the buyer.  You have two options.  You can accept the return, pay for return shipping, and send the buyer a full refund or you can refund without requiring the return.

I just looked at your listing.  Yes, the description and Item Specifics say "Gold Plated," but the title says "Gold" and you also call it a "GOLD COIN" in the description.  You shouldn't say only "Gold" in the title or call it a gold coin when it's gold plated.
