issues with store subscription

Has anyone else on here had an issue with their store subscription not renewing, and now can't get it to work? My subscription was set to renew on the 1st. It did not, and it won't let me renew it.  I am getting charged listing fees, and can't use promotions. I have contacted eBay twice and was told it was an issue they were working on. It has been 5 days now, and nothing is still working. I have been on here a long time and never had an issue like this. Any advice or anyone else having the same problem? I am losing money, especially during Christmas, when I usually do really well.

Is your card on file(debit) up to date and not expired?

Yes, eBay says it has nothing to do with my end. However, it doesn't seem like they are in a hurry to fix the issue. Told me that many sellers are experiencing the problem, yet it has not been fixed yet.

I've had the same issue. I've had an Ebay store for 10 years and it stopped renewing on Dec. 1. 
I am unable to sign up again and three calls to the help line have been no help at all.
