It is the beginning of an attempt to scam you. Have no further communication with them.

It sure is.

Yes, it is.

Looks like a secure address, don't be fooled.

Oh yeah, big time scam. Tell them you can only communicate with them thru Ebay and they need to pay with the payment methods Ebay requires. My guess is you won't hear from them again. After 4 days, day 5 cancel citing non payment and then block them from further annoying you.
Good eye!

@henrboswel2 : As others have already said, it is 100% a scam. My suggestion to you is the same as what I said last August, when you asked us about a previous scam attempt:

Any attempt to get you to communicate via any off-eBay method, including email, texts or phone calls, is an attempt to lure you off eBay where your conversation with the scammer cannot be screened by eBay. You will be led into a fake payment notification and an attempt to get you to ship before you are actually paid.

Yes. But I am surprised they can almost spell.."im"...unlike a lot of other people.

Do not reply to them. Block the ID and report the message.
They sent the message as an attached image to get around the blocks that would have prevented them from sending you their phone number within the message body.
