Invoice Messenaging

Help!! For some reason eBay is adding a 5 year old message about an old sale on my invoices. I cannot locate where to look up this message and change it. Can someone help me. The old message is costing me money.

A while back I offered for a limited time Buy 2 of my embroidery designs and get 2 free. My offer today is to get 1 free. With every order of 3 design sets, I have to give an additional free set. I guess I could just blame it on eBay, but I really don't want to.

Is this a message that is on the invoices you send or on the packing slips?

Either way there should be a place on those forms where you can delete/replace the message to buyer I would think.

Thank you for your response. The invoice I'm referring to is the one sent prior to the buyer making payment. This buyer agreed to purchase 6 design sets and asked me to send them an invoice for payment.
