is this a normal request?

hello i am kind of new to ebay selling and i am selling some of my old games. I got this message today from a user about one of them. is this a normal request or should I ignore it?

Looks like the item already has a bid, so the potential buyer can’t use a Buy It Now if that is what they are inferring by their message. I wouldn't have had a problem assuring them i had the game on hand by sending an additional pic thru eBay Messages. Nothing unusual about a buyer wanting more photos. Plus i would have reiterated that eBay has a Money Back Guarantee that is ironclad.
