i cannot found the option for reprinting of 7days old label under shipping label option , there is only option to void the label, in some cases when scammer order two items and claim they receive one than in that case i need to print old label to send him picture showing weight of item mentioned on label plus other evidences, please guys help if its possible to reprint 7 days old label or not?

The limit on reprinting a label is 24 hours.

Evidence of what?
The label only shows the weight that was entered when the label was printed, it DOES NOT confirm the actual weight of the package.

I missed the weight evidence part, you’re right a label proves zilch.
I get stuff from eBay sellers all the time with weight of 2-3 oz when the package weighs 1 lb or more. I rarely buy “free” shipping listings but it doesn’t matter if I pay shipping or not. If I tried that once the postal inspector would probably send the police and I’d be in prison forever. 😂😂😂

Did the buyer open an official return request or did they send you an eBay message? Sending a copy of the label does nothing to prove anything. If they opened a return then you need to accept it. @uniwarehousewares

If you are dealing with a true scammer do you really think they care what the weight on a label shows? Certainly neither eBay or PayPal will care (see previous my post for the reason).
