is there any way to reprint 7 days old shipping label from ebay?

i cannot found the option for reprinting of 7days  old label under shipping label option , there is only option to void the label, in some cases when scammer order two items and claim they receive one than in that case i need to print old label to send him picture showing weight of item mentioned on label  plus other evidences, please guys help if its possible to reprint 7 days old label or not?

I print 2 copies of my labels and keep one myself just in case

Evidence of what?

The label only shows the weight that was entered when the label was printed, it DOES NOT confirm the actual weight of the package.

I missed the weight evidence part, you’re right a label proves zilch.
I get stuff from eBay sellers all the time with weight of 2-3 oz when the package weighs 1 lb or more. I rarely buy “free” shipping listings but it doesn’t matter if I pay shipping or not. If I tried that once the postal inspector would probably send the police and I’d be in prison forever. 😂😂😂

Did the buyer open an official return request or did they send you an eBay message? Sending a copy of the label does nothing to prove anything. If they opened a return then you need to accept it. @uniwarehousewares

what if someone has hundred of orders? i cannot print every day so many labels, ebay should keep this option that seller can reprint atleast 10 days old label , the label cannot be use but in some cases seller need it specially when scammers show his a**S

If you are dealing with a true scammer do you really think they care what the weight on a label shows? Certainly neither eBay or PayPal will care (see previous my post for the reason).

i don't agree with your statement that seller has to accept the return all the time, i have 3 people in my warehouse who are only to pack online orders and make sure there is no mistake, the scammer said he recieved one item instead of two because he ordered two, i asked him to provide me label picture he didn't because he know i will catch him from weight and from invoice, i have also invoice in my software which shows two items, invoice says two items, weight says two items, but buyer is big scammer.i have to fight this scammer. in past i kick one scammer a**s out after he provided me label and invoice picture , but some scammers knows they will be caught so he said he threw the box.

some dump sellers do this cheap thing, if they will be caught they will be in big trouble because its violation of USPS policies.

i always enter right weight of item, because if i do cheap tricks than when its come to deal with scanners there sellers become looser who use wrong weight size on labels.
