is anyone else having problems with gliches

hi there

i am not sure whether its just my systems, but things don't seem to be running right, i am struggling to send invoices, combing shipping and once shipped, they are still showing up in items to be shipped, when you go into it it shows they was shipped and the date but still stay in the items to be shipped.

please let me know if your experiencing the same or similar problems.

I am not, but then, I'm just relisting unsold stuff.

But always remember a quick reboot can cancel out a lot of issues.

This morning, the items we shipped (and printed labels thru e-bay where e-bay inserts the tracking) were still showing that no tracking was there, but there was a tracking number that e-Bay inserted automatically with the purchased labels.  Just goofy.

I just looked after getting back from the PO and now all of them but 1, shows it has tracking.  1 oddball one, does not.  Had tried manually and it did not fix it, so will see if I can adjust it tomorrow morning.  Need a break from Seller Hut.

Our ended listings are neither in "unsold" or "ended listings" - just poof.  Re-listed one at a time from "sold/shipped orders".  Hope that gets fixed as relisting 1 at a time is poor time management for sure.

this morning everything still not working, and as i read though other peoples messages on the discussion board, i see there is more problems like people unable to pay, closed case refunded still sat there open.

so more gliches then first thought

They have weekly glitches when they are running maintenance. Seems to happen most weeks Thursday through to Sunday. Various features always affected. Take a couple days off and come back to ebay on Monday. In the mean time sign out of ebay clear all cache and history on your browser. You could also try a different browser. In Firefox you can refresh the browser and it usually gets rid of a lot of the bugs,

I sell in ebay Motors. There is a vehicle compatibility program that rarely works right. It takes me forever to list because of it, and I have to go back and check after I list to make sure it worked, most of the time I have to go back and fix it. I have complained to ebay, there are chats about it and it never gets fixed.

     I have experienced glitches from time to time but that happens with about every IT system. It's always hard to tell with of the three links in the chain (end user, network or base end) is the problem. About the only consistent issue I have is from a buying perspective and this is much a feature as it is a glitch. When I am attempting to make multiple purchases from a single seller on fixed price items where the seller has the immediate payment required with buy it now checked it is impossible to obtain combined shipping for these since the instant you select the item or add it to a cart the postage is included for each individual item. You have to, prior to purchase, contact the seller and basically working through a process to consolidate the shipping before you make the purchase.

this system shouldn't have constant glitches, it should run perfectly, the less we earn, the less they earn

Did you refresh the Firefox browser?  Click help Troubleshooting Information then click refresh and try see if that helps. It worked for me several times when ebay kept asking me to sign in every time I listed. I did the refresh got rid of that.
