New glitch: 

First invoice for order sent 1-27-22.

Sent second invoice 1-30-22

Buyer still had not paid by 2-1-22 but couldn't cancel sale for NPB because Ebay glitch changed the sale date to the 30th on the invoice, not the 27th.

So, now stuck waiting until 2-4-22 to cancel sale for NPB. Rep said to cancel using 'Buyer requested sale cancellation' but that's not what is going on. Buyer is just choosing not to pay.

Tip - don't send a second invoice.

Don't think this is a glitch and it is not new.  Since the new UPI process went into play, others have shared sending an invoice resets the UPI timeline.

Don't send invoices as pay reminders or email buyers reminders.  E-Bay sends a payment reminder every day to the Buyer.  They will either pay in 4 days or they will not.
