increase selling limits

i paid the monthly souscription to the store but you didn't increase the seeling limit of my account

I am afraid that your selling limits are not affected by your opening a store. The limits are still in effect regardless. There is no way around one’s limits as a new seller. Once you have multiple successful sales under your belt, eBay will consider raising your limits. Sorry.

Paying for a store subscription does not entitle a seller to increased selling limits. To increase selling limits a seller must first have successful sales and happy buyers.  

After some successful transactions, a seller may request an increase of seller limits. This can be done once a month. 

And btw, this is not eBay you are speaking to. We are all eBay members here on the boards, buyers and sellers, NOT eBay employees.
