I would increase the price, but lower the shipping cost.  If you want the item to be sold at $69.99, then list it at a buy it now for that price and a reasonable shipping and handling cost.  I'm sure they have postal rate charts in your country.  You are wasting your time with auctions style listings, especially the one for 0.01 cent and $69.99 shipping cost.  No one going to purchase something made from coconut husks for that much money.  Many countries around the world have their own coconuts.  They're not a hot commodity.
