Did you mean:

if you think YOU'VE got returns...

At the P.O. today the lady in front of me in line had a dolly loaded down with mailtubs and boxes. I'm always asking people with that amount of mail if they sell on ebay. She said no, it's all returns to QVC. From what she discussed with the clerk it sounds like she does this a lot. Maybe it's a hobby??

Some outlet stores (not all) sell goods made more cheaply specifically for the outlets. You get to know which ones actually sell the same stuff as the regular stores, but even then the outlets usually sell discontinued styles and end of season.
Reality is the leading cause of stress.

The one that annoys me is that they lead you to believe something came from the retail store when it was actually bought at the outlet.

Are outlet goods inferior in some way? (defective?) Just wondering. I live near a very large outlet mall (Potomac Mills) which is the top tourist attraction in Virginia, but I never go there except rarely to a movie if it's not showing closer. Many years ago I went to the Lego store when my son was  small. Once I even bought out their supply of a set that was no longer available on their web site, and sold them on ebay. But they were new as far as I could tell.

Outlet stores are cheaper than the retail stores for a reason.

Some items are last year's merchandise that did not sell.

Others are items that have flaws, so quality control will not let it be sold in the retail store.

And yet others are merchandise specifically made for the outlets - not sold in retail stores.

It is what it is, actually I got my daughter's vera bradley back pack at the outlet store at Wrentham Villege, as long as it is made clear to the buyer.

Yes, most outlet stores sell items that cannot be sold in real stores. Ebay sellers go there and get their 70% off items then list them here for the same price as the stores seling the good stuff.
