if i sign up for an account manager will ebay leave me alone?

i've been getting restricted and i cant list anything i cant sell anything because supposedly i'm selling drugs. okay well what about the other thousand or so people seelling supplements? what's so different about their account and mine? they sell thousands. i've only sold 10. 

will paying for a account rep get them off my nuts? what's the loophole? 

i see all kinds of real drugs for sale on here and i'm not seling those. i'm selling supplements. 

how are people in the 1000s selling 1000s of drugs?

You are registered as a seller in the USA, and there are no "account managers" available for sellers in the USA. I believe that they may be available for some sellers in Southeast Asia, but not in the USA. Where did you see something about paying extra for an account manager?

How do you know the other people selling are not licensed pharmacists?  Ebay doesn't like drop shipping and eBay is a family channel.  EBay also frowns on sellers using trademarks that belonging to other businesses.

I found one seller hawking that rhino 69 that you sold.  Thousands of sellers?

What sells in other countries is probably prohibited in this country.  Most likely the product does not meet FDA requirements and standards.  You have no idea what is in those "drugs" and could be very harmful, even deadly to potential customers.  eBay was right to pull them.  Important to read up on what you can and cannot sell here.  My suggestion is not to sell them again or you will find yourself permanently suspended.

The supplements you're selling were pulled from store shelves and banned by the FDA several years ago, ebay was legally ordered to take such listings down.

The supplements often contain Sildenafil, the active ingredient in viagra, along with an assortment of harmful chemicals, which have led to instances of severe side effects, including death.

The creator of those Rhino supplements was indicted on federal charges of illegally importing prescription drugs and was sent to prison for it.

I hope this explains why you can't sell such supplements here, they are illegal. Don't know how you got your hands on these drugs, but you can probably expect a knock on your door from federal investigators.

In the US, the seller is account manager.

If you keep getting restricted, I'd find something else to sell.
