Yes, I know GTC is here to stay, but there is a way to make it a bit easier for some of us. I let some renew, end others, add new listings, and use sell similar on older listings. I do this because I take some of my items to antique shows where I have no internet to delete my items as they sell. I also like to work in new items and keep my unsold items cleaned up. I don't have enough 'free' listings with my store (250 fixed/250 auctions) to let all of my listings renew, especially when I accept a promo.
I make notes as to which ones I want to let renew and which ones I need to end. And then I count. How many are renewing in the number of days left in the month? How many do I need to add in? How many do I need to end to make this happen? One thing that would be easier would be to have a count under All States on seller hub. I am showing a photo of my current states. In addition to "ending today" and "ending within the next hour", one choice could be "ending this month". Then I could take that number and do my computing rather than counting all of my total listings ending in the current month.
I don't know which blue to flag for this, so maybe someone could help with that. Anyone else think this feature would help them too?

Lots of ideas were discussed even before this went live. eBay also had a dedicated board for the early seller update for us to talk about the change when they first announced this new policy.
I suggested eBay put a message in the seller hub under the tasks section about how many listings are ending in the next 24 hours so sellers can make changes if they wanted to before they renew.
We already have a version of this in the seller hub under the listing section. Have you looked at this area yet and tried to make it work for you?

The listing section is where I took this picture. I don't see what you are talking about, but would be glad to know about it 🙂

I see. You took a picture from your active listings page. I am speaking about your seller hub and then looking in the listings section. There are several different data points that can help you manage your active listings.

Even in your pictures a couple of the options are
You did not have any that met those filters but if you did it should show some info in those areas as well. That was actually one of the changes eBay made from the input users gave in the early seller update board when it was active.
