     You are located in Turkey and this is the US seller based forum. Not sure what your issue or question is but if you accepted a buyers offer then you ship the item once you have been paid and eBay tells you to ship. You appear to be drop shipping out of China which is a VERY risky business model.

I would ship the item as soon as possible to avoid any demerits on your account.  You're drop shipping from China so that can hinder your shop as well.  Who knows if your vendor will ship or not?  Drop shipping is a very bad platform for new sellers and in my opinion, all sellers.
