i have order from a buyer.but Unable to access contact information.Therefor i cant ship this order

an order..............a paid order?  If paid, you should be able to access printing the shipping label from the listing.  If not paid, you can't get the information at all.

I note you and the item are in Sri Lanka and the shipping says

FREE Economy SpeedPAK from China/Hong Kong/Taiwan

I don't know if that's causing trouble or not...........
