The most difficult of all, the item refused to be list they don't tell you what's wrong, why and what box you haven't checked causing the items not listed.

Have you signed up to managed payments? Have you registered as a seller with eBay?
We need a few more details as there could be many issues stopping you from listing - Are you getting an error message ?
