Placed an order that was believed to be through ebay and PayPal, but then I received email that showed rover.ebay.com. From everything I have read on here sounds like I just got scammed.

What specifically did you read on here that suggested this was a scam? 

It is pretty hard for an eBay seller to scam a buyer, unless the buyer fails to file a dispute within the appropriate timeframe.

checked the tracking number with speedpak tracking and looks like your package is on its way. It has left china and made it to the USA on the 24th.  It shipped on the 18th as stated in the screenshot. I think your good.

rover.ebay.com is a valid ebay.com sub-domain

it ends in ebay.com

It is when the domain name does NOT end in ebay.com or paypal.com that you have to worry (example ebay.scammer.com)

It is scam, I didn't order anything and got the same e-mail. Rule of thumb, if you didn't order or participate on something you "won" then it's scam
