You will need to register as a business with your government, once you have done that you open a Payoneer account using your bussiness name.

Register as a seller and then

Are you registered as a Seller and with Payoneer?

You can use your existing account to sell.  But you will need to register as a Seller and meet all compliance from a SL seller.

What will you sell?  Avoid drop-shipping and please sign up for Seller School before you dive in!
