There is no way to know the identity of the person watching your item.

The reason for not knowing is so you can't contact the watchers to sell outside of eBay. 

The  same reason is why you can't identify buyers of items on other sellers' listing.

The eBay's policies that it uses to protect eBay are better than the walls that protect borders. 

eBay is an extremely successful business and they go to whatever lengths are needed to keep it so.
