how to issue a return shipping label

Never had to do this before , but how do I issue a return shipping label to a buyer

You have to instruct the buyer to officially file a request for return thru ebay. Once a return has been opened and you accept it, ebay will assign a return ID and the buyer is able to generate a return shipping label somewhere within the return details page (I don't know exactly where because I've never filed a return).

Who ebay charges for the label is dependent on your return policy settings and the reason the buyer used when filing the return.

Ok thanks, now that I acceted the return I can't find anywhere to purchase the label like ebay told me to, ebay told me to check the return details but there is nothing to click on, any ideas where I go from here, thanks

Again @gooofball if the reason for the buyer to return is one of the first ten

five commandments inscribed on the tablet, you don't issue a return label, as buyers pay return shipping for morose returns, or if a free return, the label is already issued.

The reason he wants to return is because its damaged, and ebay told me through an email that I should send him a label by the 13th of April, if I don't/can't ebay will send one themselves and charge it to me, so with your help and no way for me to send one I will let ebay send him one. Thanks everyone for your help
