how to invoice 2 items when ebay lists them separately?

I have BIN on all my items. Buyer made offers on 2 items, individually, I countered, buyer accepted on both. So I have 2 items going to same buyer, but eBay has them listed individually. Buyer hasn't paid as I told her I would ship them together and would invoice her. How do I invoice for the 2 items when they are listed separately? Thanks!

IF the buyer didn't use two different guest accounts AND DID use the same address, just select "Send Invoice" on either item and eBay will create a single invoice for both and convert them to a single order.

I'm sure you know this, but you still want them to pay for the invoice before shipping.. hehehehe.
